This has always bugged me a little: A regular Bear Trap is strong enough to chop off legs of smaller (than bears) animals just so. So if Weretigers beartrap wasn’t specifically weak it would have gone throuh some skin and meat like warm butter.
Thats the reason there are smaller foothold traps for catching smaller animals.
