Buffering…

Ok, so let me tell you a bit about what’ll be going on during the next few days here at COMMISSIONED. Next month I’ll be at Connecticon, a convention in… well… Connecticut. In order to be able to go and basically spend a week doing that, I’ve got to first get enough comics ready for that week, week-and-a-half that I’ll be out. If you’re close by, be sure to come and say hello.

So during this week and possibly the next I’ll be doing my best to build a “comic buffer”, which in this case is basically having about 2 weeks worth of comics made in advance. In case you didn’t know, COMMISSIONED never really handles a buffer. Every comic is made pretty much the couple of days day before publication. So with this “buffer” and getting everything ready, I’ll be trying to work double what I normally do during these next two weeks.

So, should you notice the difference? Not really. I mean, sure the RPG comics always get put on hold when schedules are tight, but that’s nothing new. There might be a couple of days when I don’t have time to make the Daily Sketches, but that’s nothing new either.

So I guess I’m just telling you this because I wanted to share and be social.

Hey, it could be worse, right? I mean, I could be sharing you pics of how awesome I think my kids are, how much I love my significant other, how beautiful the sky is when I went out for a walk – or pics of my lunch.

Bleh.

Good hunting;
O

NOTE: Seriously, if I ever, ever, start posting that kind of inane crap, will somebody please be kind enough to put me out of my misery?
