I just couldn’t resist the temptation of making a SUPER SENSATIONAL TOLKIEN DOUBLE FEATURE! You know… last Wednesday’s comic and this one… yeah… good times.
In any case, once I got the image of the entire fellowship riding around I just couldn’t rest until it was made. My personal favorite is Aragorn, he just looks so happy on that bike. Still, the image did end up being a little bit too wide for the regular comic format because – let’s face it – there were 9 people in that fellowship. So the end result was a pretty reduced version of the original. Nevertheless, I made it into wallpapers that everybody can download, and you can see a much larger version of the image there.
As always, just grab whatever dimensions your screen has and desktop to your heart’s delight!

@Mokorisan, that ability comes when you learn to walk on snow without leaving even a footprint. So, don’t judge yourself to harshly. :p

As I took this in from left to right, I definetly smirked at Aragon gleefully riding the girl’s bike, but then I really chuckled at seeing Gilmli riding a Big Wheel with his serious face on. That’s just hilarious.
@Mokorisan: Yeah, I too am envious of those who have mastered pogo sticking. I, on the other hand, have twisted my ankle three times trying to do it, on like the first bounce attempt, on only three life time attempts to pogo stick spread over a few years in my childhood. You’d think after the second time of hurting myself, I wouldn’t have gotten back on for the third time, but hey, that’s youthful optimism for you: “I’m sure THIS time I won’t hurt myself!!”

Am I the only one who doesn’t get the image dimensions? Is 16×9 supposed to be 16:9? Sorry for being a technical person, but could you maybe add the resolution, as in 1680×1050 pixels or something?

@Wildfire: I use the screen dimensions because there’s just far too many resolutions out there to cover them all – but dimensions is far more manageable. If you’re sure which one is yours, don’t sweat it. Just use this helpful chart! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Vector_Video_Standards2.svg

step the third (and this is the big one): hold on and start pushing down with your weight!
now… get a high tensile carbon fiber spring and use that in your pogo design… THAT is a pogo challenge.
