@Dragonside: Carbon is the base material of all (biological) organisms on Earth. Bio-fuels are derived from various Carbon sources. You can’t have Bio-fuels without Carbon. The primary ingredient in coal is Carbon. Therefore, Coal is a Bio-fuel.
