I like the joyfull expression in the eyes. Even when this character seems to be a crazy of some sort. A bit scantily clad but that’s fantasy/superhero/villain for you.
If i try to imagine a guy in this outfit, it’s the scout from Team Fortress 2. Just needs a baseball bat as a plus.
