I have, as one of my life goals, that I will consume all of the listed animals at least once:
Kangaroo
crocodile
bear
zebra
ostrich
rabbit
swan
shark
walrus
I’m mostly veggie at home….and in the US it’s *realllllyyyy* easy these days. Almost getting easy for vegans. In a lot of cases, I think veggie food is better, if the meat is just “slap ‘o meat”…yawn.
But, when traveling I’ll sample anything. You can do both (if you want).
Dragonsdale, if you go to the write place, you could get all that in one sitting.
I was about to comment on the fact you were finally going to get some meat on these bones, but I seem to remember you became vegetarian following a martial arts instructor’s advice to improve your overall health.
Also, lol at the lion’s head. Need a good memory to get that joke :p

Anyway, if travelling in the US, I’d avoid almost all veg and grain unless it was imported from outside the US. Too many poorly tested GM crops and chemicals.

Besides, the quality of humour around here has been in a nosedive for quite a while anyway. I remember when this comic had epic sagas instead of pointless experimental meandering. Might as well be following someone’s DeviantArt page at this point.

Dude, kinda not cool. If you think the quality has been lacking, that is respectable. But it’s kinda dramatastic to make a response like that. Don’t approve? Just leave. And doing so because someone else made a decision in their life that you don’t agree with that has nothing to do with the content of the site…I dunno that just doesn’t seem right to me.
Side note, I’m curious as to how Dern will go about eating that lion head…

Long time reader, first time poster. Just wanted to say that I saw Dern today at MCM comicon in London today. I know you couldn’t go, but I bought some of your stuff from him cause I love your art and wanna show my support for everything you and Dern do! Keep up the great work!
Dern did not order the lion, there is no honor in such a thing, he brought it down himself with his walking stick and then allowed the restaurant to prepare it for him.
