So I decided to just go ahead and record The Audiorant without a guest. I had asked Dern from Hello with Cheese but then something come up that I’ll have to do later today and I just decided that I’d rather do it now than not do it at all. Now listen:

Today’s show is a bit longer and it’s basically 40-something minutes of uninterrupted ranting. I talk about aging, signs of aging, diets, pregnancies, getting married and even about a vasectomy. It’s all there!

On a side note, you could get a replacement application for Live Messenger. I personally recommend Trillian, but Pidgin or Miranda should be good too. They are faster and consume less memory than Live Mess, though it might take a while to get used to them.

5 kg is nothing. When I started to go to gym (to loss some weight) I gained in 1 month about 20 kg, and it nothing to be surprised because I weight about 100 kg without upper body muscle (when someone said to me to flex my Triceps muscle there was no difference from me relaxing it.)
@dvallej: AH, well I went and made an appointment in PROFAMILIA. If you have health insurance (like SUSALUD) it doesn’t cost you anything, and even if you don’t it still only costs like $180’000. They’ll give you an appointment for a soon as a week or so and the say of the operation won’t take more than an hour. The operation itself takes about 10 minutes, and from there you’ve got 5 days of rest.
The recuperation is more annoying than it is painful, because you don’t feel like you need to stay still. But we’re talking about a very important member of the family here, so I tried to keep my rests days as well as I could. No sex for 8 days and then it’s 3 months before you go and get tested to see if you’re sperm count is low enough for you to trust it.

What I used to do, or what I do, is when I am doing Repetitive actions, like DRAWING ALL DAY, I would set a timer, and every twenty minutes I would do twenty push ups, or sit ups, if you think about it, you don’t get as tired as to stop doing what you are doing, but you workout all day. and it’s just like a 1 or 2 minute break. You don’t even have to change your clothes, you can do that with any clothes.
